Shimmering Façade

The residence belongs to a small family with strong requirements, like a decent size cutout on first floor, lots of storage space, green scape integrated with elevation and an overall less budget with zero maintenance façade.

We have used different shades of grey for elevation with a double height balcony on a facade giving the residence a grand look from front.

Pergolas and grills in black metal are used to complement the grey colour surfaces and create a play of light and shadow on the façade.
